Food & Drink
Who doesn’t wanna see colorful and creative recipes on their social feed? As an Art Director on Macy’s Social Team, my favorite moments were working with our crew of set & food stylists, photogs, videographers, producers to create delicious and vibrant recipe videos for Instagram and TikTok.
These recipe videos were a monthly challenge to take the otherwise common homewares Macy’s planned to promote and present them in dazzling fashion with delicious and saturated drinks and snacks.

It’s always important when creating for social that our styling, photo, and video outputs all blended in with the best organic content on these platforms. If our output looked ad-like, it was dead on arrival to our audience.
